REAL ID Compliance Deadline Granted to Oklahoma
Governor Henry has requested and the US Department of Homeland Security has granted an extension until December 31, 2009, to the enforcement of REAL ID provisions as they relate to Oklahoma driver licenses.
New Driver Licenses for Sex Offenders and Noncitizens
Licenses issued to sex offenders will be marked with the words "Sex Offender" in 3 places, as shown on this example:
Licenses issued to noncitizens will be marked with the word "Temporary" in 2 places, as shown on this example:
